about

This album has been created to bring back some of the old Scottish folk magic traditions encoded into story and song. Just like they used to be. The album is based on traditional Gaelic charms and Ranns and information from 17th century with trials and old manuscripts.

These sources have been artfully woven together to provide the listener with a journey through Scottish folk magic. If you listen carefully and with "craeft" you should be able to recreate the folk magic charms for your own use. If you're still struggling to understand there is a small chap book available to buy detailing the research, exact phrasing and "how to" from www.cailleachs-herbaium.com website.

All foley sounds and sound effects are recorded at sacred sites in Scotland.

Profits form the sale of this album go toward protecting Scared sites, wells and Springs of Scotland.
